Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice urgently needed more nurses. So Oliver came up with a recruitment campaign to persuade a niche group of paediatric nurses that Noah’s Ark is an incredible and rewarding place to work, where they’ll have the time to care. Using the charming illustrative style from the brand guidelines – Oliver creative directors made print adverts that speak with the children's voices (Shown below). The charity wanted to expand on these and make the adverts come alive with some playful animation.
The videos show a short story from each speech bubble headline in 6 and 10 second long videos.
The videos can be seen across London billboards with special videos shown down the escalators at King's Cross Station (See video below). It all results in a campaign that’s strikingly different from other recruitment work in the nursing sector. It was delivered pro bono, too.
The response was highly successful with Noah's ark doubling its nursing staff while retaining its own nurses during the recruitment process.
