With Virgin Media and O2 (VMO2) joining forces to create a leading mobile and broadband package, they wanted to create some pre cross-sell opportunities within the O2 stores. VMO2 were expecting customers to come in and ask about the joint venture and possible VM broadband offers available. They wanted to use O2's digital point-of-sale screens to start a conversation about key broadband offers which a handful of stores would be able to process the order in store while others would pass the leads back to VM.
After creating a static banner for the screens, I began forming a storyboard using VM's brand motion guidelines to give VM an idea of what the video will look like. After VM gave approval, I created the below videos in landscape and portrait versions. VM were so pleased with the outcome and increased interest in broadband offers at O2 stores – they continue using the videos with updated offers to this day.
