In October 2021, Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) launched their first joint proposition – Volt! Since its launch, they have seen great interest from business customers upgrading to unlock Volt benefits – which are about to be enhanced even further from September 2022. Volt wanted to reach the widest portion of their customer base via direct marketing (DM) to put Volt in front of them and encourage them to unlock its benefits.
The previous DM had user experience difficulty, as the way it was folded (Trifold landscape brochure with the opening in the middle) meant reading from right to left with no clear visual hierarchy which caused confusion for the reader. We addressed this with a simpler fold that opens up to a long portrait layout for easier readability and the call to action clear at the bottom after viewing the offers and benefits that Volt has to offer.
