Baringa are a business consultancy firm who contribute to almost all sectors of business in offices worldwide. They obtain new business mainly by their outreach on LinkedIn through their 'Partners' – individuals who are specialists in their field of work. They came to us to improve their dated branding by starting with their posts for LinkedIn which would be simplified and applied to Canva so partners could choose from a template and apply their own images and copy.
The designs below create easily editable templates for Baringa's branding that separate into four categories – About Baringa, Industry insights, Client focus and Neutral. Below are a selection of singular banners and carousel for the business to announce anything from role appointments, statistics and charts to insights.

Sometimes Baringa will need extra help on specific banners, one being the announcement of their podcast episodes on music apps and Youtube. As they need the same image to fit well on different sized banners, my task is to edit and extend the background of these images to fit.
The challenge with this is due to their branding rules for images – main subjects are not to be cut off at the edge of images or hidden behind the triangle graphic, this means if the image cannot fit then some of the subject would need to be removed.
To get around the issue I used Photoshop's AI generation to create the extra background of the image – making sure it looks consistent with the rest of the image then removing the subjects that would be affected by the triangle graphic as shown below.
